About Betty & Ann Present . . .
Most recently, Betty & Ann have announced their 2nd "Betty Ann" cruise group going to the Mexican Riveria with Olivia, in October, 20-27, 2007.
Initiated in 2003, Betty & Ann Present . . . is a service developed by Betty Sullivan and Ann Biderman,
two well-known leaders in the Bay Area's LGBT community who have worked
together as non-profit volunteers for years. Based on requests and
feedback from those attending their events, Betty & Ann have
created this venture to provide a space for building community and
connections among lesbians.
Among the goals of Betty & Ann
Present . . . are to provide education, entertainment and networking
opportunities for lesbians, playing and having fun while doing so, and
creating a 'win-win-win' situation for everyone involved. Discounted
prices will be offered and lesbian or gay owned businesses will be
supported whenever possible.
The Betty & Ann Present . . .
partnership has produced a variety of highly successful events,
including outdoor adventures (whitewater rafting, sea kayaking,
hiking), film screenings in cooperation with Variety Children's
Charities' The Preview Room, singles mingles, Bay Cruises with
Hornblower, dining out and concert evenings and cruise groups with
Olivia.
