Young to the Bay Area. Constance's story drew national attention when her high school's prom was canceled by the Itawamba County School District (near Tupelo) in Mississippi, after she requested to wear a tux and bring her girlfriend. Visiting the Bay Area for the NCLR Anniversary Party, Constance and her entourage were escorted directly from SFO by Dykes on Bikes and Don Berger, Regency Limo, to the historic Bellevue Club in Oakland for Betty's Birthday Party/Benefit.
